In this guide, I am going to tell you to how to enable Telnet Client in Windows 7 so that you can communicate with your Router.

1.  Click on START

2.  Click on 'Control Panel'

3.  Click on Program.

4.  In Program and Features click on "Turn Windows features on or off"

5.  Enable Telnet Client then Press OK

It's Done now you can use Telnet function in Windows 7.
