•     Click the Start orb.
•     In the start search text box type “Folder Options”.
•     Press “Enter/Return”.
•     Click the ”General” Tab.
•     Under “Click items as follows” check the “Double-click to open an item (single click to select)” Radio button.
•     Click “Apply”.
•     Click “OK”.
