For windows 7:-
1. Shutdown your Computer.
2. Unplug your computer from Internet if it is connected.
3. Start Your Computer and at the same moment of time start pressing F8 key continuously.
4. Then you can see multiple option there:
* Repair Your Computer
* Safe Mode
* Safe Mode with Networking
* Safe Mode with Command Prompt
* Enable Boot Logging
* Enable low-resolution video (640×480)
* Last Known Good Configuration (advanced)
* Directory Services Restore Mode
* Debugging Mode
* Disable automatic restart on system failure
* Disable Driver Signature Enforcement
* Start Windows Normally
5. Select "Safe Mode" option then Press Enter.
6. Then click on START menu
7. All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.
8. Then select "Choose a different restore point" from System Restore Wizard then click Next.
9. Then select the date when your computer was working fine.
10. Click on Next then Finish.
It will take around 30 minutes then your computer will work fine.
11. Once your computer start in normal mode Scan your full computer with antivirus.
12. Then full scan your computer with Malwarebyte.
13. After that use HitmanPro.
In case, If you are getting same problem in safe mode then again do the same steps till step 4.
5. Select "Safe Mode with Command Prompt" option then Press Enter.
6. Then type "rstrui.exe" then Press Enter.
After that follow step 8.
