In Windows 8 or 8.1 There is multiple option to fix FIB virus like system restore, refresh your computer, reset your computer etc.
1. Shutdown your Computer.
2. Unplug your computer from Internet if it is connected.
3. Start Your Computer and at the same moment of time start pressing Shift + F8 key continuously.
4. Then you can see multiple option there:
1) Enable debugging
2) Enable boot logging
3) Enable low-resolution video
4) Enable safe Mode
5) Enable Safe Mode with Networking
6) Enable Safe Mode with Command Prompt
7) Disable early launch anti-malware protection
8) Disable automatic restart after failure
5. Press key 4.
6. Once Desktop comes press Ctrl+C.
7. Then Click on Search Or Press (CTRL+ESC).
8. Then click one "Settings" and type there "System Restore".
9. Then select "Choose a different restore point" from System Restore Wizard then click Next.
10. Then select the date when your computer was working fine.
11. Click on Next then Finish.
It will take around 30 minutes then your computer will work fine.
11. Once your computer start in normal mode Scan your full computer with antivirus.
12. Then full scan your computer with Malwarebyte.
13. After that use HitmanPro.
In case, If you are getting same problem in safe mode then again do the same steps till step 4.
5. Press key 5.
6. Then type "rstrui.exe" then Press Enter.
After that follow step 9,10,11.
