Lock The Taskbar
* Right Click on taskbar then click on "Lock the Taskbar".
If taskbar is hiding again then you need to follow another steps:
* Right Click on taskbar then click on "Properties"
* Then in a Taskbar Tab
* Then Click on "Lock the Taskbar" after that click on Ok.
