In computing, a logfile (or simply log) is a file that records either the events which happen while an operating system or other software runs, or the personal messages between different users of a communication software. The act of keeping a logfile is called logging. In the simplest case, log messages are written to a single log file.
To clean all your system logfile, go through all the picture then you will be able to cleanup your computer's logfile.

Step 1:- Click on Start menu

Step 2:- Type event log in search box ans click on "View event logs"

Step 3:-

Step 4:- Go to windows logs.

Step 5:- Right click on "Application" and click on Clear log

Step 6:- Now click on clear.

Your Application log file will be clean and do the step 5 with all file option(security,setup,system,Forwarded Events).
