1.  You need to Right Click on Database.

2.  Then Go to "Tasks". And then Click on Back Up..

3. You will find details regarding backup file then you just click on OK.

4. You will find your BackUp file in "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\Backup".
